This is a very practical Yoga book from the 1960s.The book is helpful for anyone interested in Yoga Science and Philosophy, but is especially useful for those who want to learn the therapeutic effects of ancient asanas. Execution, therapeutic effects and psychic effects of many postures are explained very well of the book is breathing exercises and their effects. There are 74 black and white photos of the yoga postures performed by the author. This book is highly recommended by this reviewer for anyone, but is a must for those who want to learn Yoga as therapy.
